Were looking for an ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER to join our team at FRIENDSHIP FORD of BRISTOL.
Our ideal candidates are reliable motivated energetic and genuinely enjoy connecting with people!
What Youll Do:
- Promptly welcome customers gathering contact and vehicle information
- Document vehicle issues and customer concerns
- Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Prepare clear detailed estimates for recommended services
- Monitor the service process and keep customers informed with timely updates
- Review completed services and charges with customers
- Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete
- Support the Service Manager and assist with additional tasks as needed
