About the Role
Sportsbet has recently implemented Oracle Fusion Financials and its connected ecosystem marking a significant transformation within the broader Flutter Entertainment group.
This Melbourne-based role provides local first-line business-focused systems support to Finance. While deep technical support sits with Flutters global technology teams you will act as the critical on-the-ground link ensuring Finance users have a stable well-controlled and reliable systems environment.
Youll support month-end activities manage user access and controls monitor integrations coordinate issue resolution maintain configurations and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Finance Technology and Governance playing a key part in ensuring system stability and ongoing optimisation.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day functional support across Oracle Fusion ARCS Hubble and EPM applications
Support month-end processes including journal upload troubleshooting and close activities
Manage user access provisioning monthly user access reviews (UAR) and quarterly access controls
Perform password resets and resolve identity and access-related issues
Monitor integrations across Fusion ARCS and EPM resolving simple failures and escalating defects
Maintain ARCS configurations including matching rules reconciliations and workflow management
Use SQL to support audits reporting and user access management
Participate in system releases quarterly patches and regression testing
Build and enhance automation solutions using tools such as Alteryx Excel/VBA and Power Automate
Maintain documentation runbooks and support materials for Finance users
Act as the key liaison between local Finance stakeholders and Flutters global technology teams
About You
You are a technically capable detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems and improving systems.
You bring:
Functional experience with Oracle Fusion Financials
Exposure to ARCS FCCS EDM Hubble or broader EPM modules
Strong SQL proficiency
Advanced Excel capability and experience with automation tools
A solid understanding of core Finance processes particularly period close
You are analytical organised and customer-focused with the ability to communicate clearly across both local and global teams. Youre comfortable working in a fast-paced environment balancing operational support with continuous improvement initiatives.
Most importantly you take ownership ensuring Finance systems are reliable controlled and continuously improving.
