Role: Ecommerce Executive - Greece

Brand / Business Unit: Ecommerce Myprotein

Reporting to: Regional Manager

Location: THG HQ (WA15 0AF) Manchester - Office Based

At Myprotein being an Ecommerce Executive means working on one of the biggest online sports nutrition brands in the world within a dynamic innovative digital ecosystem. Working with the Regional Manager for the region youll have the opportunity to influence and drive the ecommerce strategy for Myprotein Greece. You will be supported by senior leadership and leverage cutting-edge tools and insights. As a Ecommerce Executive youll:

  • Overall responsibility and management ofMyproteinGreecewebsite including sales and performance across the key metrics product reviews product content and customer database growth.
  • Monitoring key site metrics including GP Conversion Rate Bounce Rate AOV Exit Rates Traffic (new and returning) etc.
  • Using analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey tooptimisesales measure performance & define strategy for theMyproteinGreecesite.
  • Developing and implementing the influencer marketing strategy forMyproteinGreece
  • Ownership of the Myprotein Greece Influencer Database including sourcing new influencer talent to drive brand recognition and performance through this channel.
  • Input into creative campaign ideas and strategies to build brand awareness
  • Working closely with the digital marketing central team to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brands websites as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.

  • Calculate commercials for onsite promotions to ensure our products are appropriately priced and GP targets are met.
  • Develop daily CRM activity and initiatives to grow our customer database.
  • Phasing of monthly commercial targets to align to site activity.
  • Website merchandising andoptimisationof banners landing pages list pages and SKU pages.
  • Work in synergy with the rest of theMyproteinteam to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our brand reputation and presence.
  • Deliver best in class customer experience partnering closely with design and editorial teams to brief and build engaging product pages that provide the customer with relevant information advice and conversion opportunity.

What skills and experience do i need for this role

  • FluentGreekand English speaker both written & spoken
  • Ability toanalyseand report on site metrics including GP Conversion Rate and AOV.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Results oriented & comfortable with data analysis
  • A positive attitude pro-active and able to show initiative and a willingness to learn
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and the nutrition industry preferable
