Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential Talent professional to join the Talent Performance Center of Excellence (COE). This role will support the design execution and continuous improvement of performance management processes across the firm.
Why This Role
This role provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of people strategy and performance while enabling business leaders to make informed talent decisions. You will help shape the firm-wide Talent Performance charter as we evolve and move towards a future focused performance management process.
