Dr Job FZ LLC, an innovative leader in the Software Development industry, is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key player in our company's growth, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent to drive our organization forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to advertise job openings.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate profiles.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
Requirements & Skills:
- 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives.
Candidate Preferences:
- Preferred Nationality: Indian
- Known Languages: Must be fluent in English
