Tasks

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within HR consulting and contract staffing markets. Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored HR consulting and staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and execute strategic business development plans that align with the companys goals and growth objectives.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients negotiate terms and finalize contracts. Ensure client expectations are met and managed effectively.
  • Work closely with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services both in consulting and contract staffing.
  • Track and report on business development activities performance metrics and client feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities. Use insights to refine strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the HR consulting and/or contract staffing industry/EOR.
  • Proven track record of generating leads acquiring clients and achieving sales targets in HR consulting and staffing services.
  • Strong understanding of HR consulting services including talent management organizational development and contract staffing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across Mumbai Navi- Mumbai Thane & Mumbai Suburbs.
