Coating Specialist in Shelby MI
Starting Pay $20.24
Day Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm
As a Coating Specialist you will be a crucial part of our operations ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect peoples lives!
Primary Responsibilities
Set machine process parameters for proper operation and ensure that approved paint is used (Nordson Engage Auto Guns)
Document all changes made to the equipment and process during coating and work with the quality department
Involvement in corrective actions and send out updates for the Powder room
Monitor and perform general equipment maintenance after on the job training is complete
Maintains a clean working environment free from debris that will negatively impact the finished product. Including but not limited to vacuuming trash removal and wipe-down equipment
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
Ability to work overtime as needed
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
