Customer Support Representative
Temp to Hire / In-Office (NOT REMOTE)
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Customer Service / Sales Support individual to join the team. Must have the ability to prioritize different tasks while providing support to customers helping the team to grow our drop-ship customers businesses. Seeking a problem solver with good time management skills who can conduct themselves with maturity due to the nature of the product lines. (Product lines are adult-themed.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone.
- Resolve order issues including shipping delays returns exchanges and refunds.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
- Comfortable with the adult products industry.
- Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Can de-escalate and resolve customer complaints prof
- Track and update orders in the e-commerce platform.
- Process returns replacements and refunds according to policy.
- Partner with Sales Administration Purchasing and Marketing teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Seeking 1 or more years of experience with customer service and support preferably in e-commerce (online orders) or retail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office proficient with MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high ticket volume professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting DTC (direct to customer) or online retail brands.
- Familiarity with ecommerce or similar platforms.
- Experience with order management systems (OMS) such as SAP Magento or FIxpoint.
Success Metrics:
- First response time
- Resolution time
- Customer satisfaction
Shift / Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with overtime if/as needed.
Pay Rate:$19.00/hr
Location: Broomfield near 120th and Wadsworth (Hwy 287)
Criminal background check required. Results are reviewed case by case.
Drug screen required (THC is NOT tested for pre-employment.)
