Job Summary

Job Title: Customer Service I

Location: Livermore CA 94550 Onsite

Duration: 06 months contract with potential to extend

Shift/Schedule: Must be flexible to work a shift between 5 AM -5 PM PST

Job Description:

Enrollment Services is responsible for assisting customers through the enrollment process.
They will be the point of contact from the start of the account through the point of reviewing costs and service details with the customer until the customer is trained and becomes active.
Will be trained on the specific enrollment process but having some previous benefit or enrollment experience is a plus

Must have:

Someone who can learn quickly and retain information.
Good phone etiquette and ability to multitask.
High Attention to Detail and good attendance is required
Candidates will interview onsite.
If selected they will start as soon as screening have cleared.
