Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in customer service and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves interacting with customers to provide information resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email or chat
Assist customers with product or service information and resolve complaints effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Up to 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus

Working Conditions:

Full-time position
May require shift work including evenings and weekends
