Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Customer Experience Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or related roles with a strong ability to engage with customers virtually and provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email chat or other virtual communication channels.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Provide accurate information about products services and policies.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience as a Virtual Customer Experience Representative or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Proficient with customer service software CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
High level of professionalism and customer-centric mindset.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Environment:
Remote/virtual work setting.
