About the role
Were hiring a Project Manager to lead healthcare/medical tenant improvement (TI) projects in occupied/operational environments. Youll own the project from precon through closeoutbudget schedule subcontractors client coordination and turnoverwhile maintaining patient/occupant safety and compliance.

What youll do

Lead TI projects from budgeting bidding buyout and planning through construction closeout and turnover.
Build and manage project schedules; coordinate subcontractors and vendors; track productivity materials and lead times.
Manage cost control: estimates buyout comparisons change orders forecasting and monthly reporting.
Partner with owners/tenants architects/engineers and field leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain quality.
Drive healthcare-specific requirements (as applicable): ICRA planning interim life safety infection control coordination clean/dirty pathways off-hours work and tie-ins.

What you bring (required)

38 years of commercial construction PM experience with a strong concentration in interiors/TI and healthcare/medical (MOBs clinics imaging ASC hospital renovations etc.).
Proven track record owning budget/schedule and delivering TI projects safely and on time.
Strong subcontractor management change management and client communication skills.

Preferred

Experience working in occupied healthcare environments.
Familiarity with ICRA / ILSM expectations and healthcare turnover/commissioning workflows.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or similar (or equivalent experience).
