JLL is seeking an experienced SEO and AI Search leader to architect our EMEA search strategy across traditional search engines and emerging generative platforms.

What Youll Do:

Lead EMEA SEO & AI visibilityinitiatives translating globalstrategy and optimizationframeworksforregionalexecution

Advance technical SEO excellence through site audits and recommendations to improvesite architecture Core Web Vitals structured data and international SEO

Own EMEA SEOdevelopmentroadmap balancing global priorities with local business needs

Educate regionalcontent teamsabout howto produce authoritative contentoptimizedfor AI-generated answers and conversational search platforms

Provide EMEA dashboards and insights

What You Bring:

3-5 years SEO experience including international and multi-market strategy

Deep technical SEOexpertise:understanding of entity relationships interlinkingand canonicalizationstrategy Core Web Vitals schemaandhreflang

Experiencesupportinglarge-scale organic growth across traditional search and AI/LLM discovery channels

Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams

Passion forAI-driven discovery andSEO keeping up with trends and insights from SEO industry experts and algorithm updates

Bonus Points:

B2B/enterprise/SaaS experience

Interest in AI Search Optimization

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager SEO tools (Screaming Frog BrightEdge) and enterprise content ecosystems
