Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Specialist

SUMMARY: Report to the Corporate Controller and assist other accountants processing and maintaining various accounts.

SHIFT: M-F 830am- 5 pm (2-3 days in office required)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field

2 years accounts payable experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review invoices received distribute for approval and process payments
Assist and respond to vendors requests on any payment related issues
Maintain vendor accounts reconcile monthly statements and related transactions
File and maintain accounting documents
Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
