Key Responsibilities:

Download invoices and organize them in Dropbox

Enter invoice details accurately into NetSuite

Maintain proper documentation and records

Ensure timely and accurate data entry

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experienced and comfortable with full remote work virtual meetings and training

Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
