JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable
LOCATION: Wichita KS
PAY RATE: $31/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Support accounting estimating cost analysis tax and other business functions by collecting processing and distributing financial data

• Process transactions with employees suppliers and customers across accounts payable and receivable

• Assist with travel accounting payroll and disbursement control activities

• Review financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Prepare financial documents and reports and perform basic reconciliations

• Investigate and help resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams suppliers and customers

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1 3 years of experience in accounting finance or a related role

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar) preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies

• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
