Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence including emails phone calls and mail
- Maintain and organize company records and filing systems
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies
- Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Daily cash reconciliation
- Cashiering of service work orders
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry photocopying and faxing
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration or a related role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
