What is the role

TheHR Generalist(US)will administer the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) departmentof our US teamincluding answering employee inquiriesregardingpolicies and procedures and processing the onboarding of new hires personnel changes and terminations.

Duties and responsibilities include but maynotbe limitedto the following:

  • Performs routine tasksrequiredto administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to onboarding offboarding and position changes; compensation benefits and leaves of absence.
  • Answersfrequentlyasked questions from employees and managersrelativeto standard policies processes benefits etc. referring complex and/or sensitive matters to theappropriate seniorlevel HR team members.
  • Participates in new hire orientation and other employee programs.
  • Maintains compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices tomaintaincompliance.
  • Maintainsaccurateand up-to-date human resource files records and documentation.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors which may include health disability and retirement plan providers.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends best practices regulatory changes andnew technologiesin human resources talent management and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Set-up/Schedule

  • Permanent WFH
  • 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine time

Who we are looking for

Successful candidate mustpossess:

  • 2-4 years experience as HR Generalist(US)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy
  • Excellent organizational skills high degree ofaccuracyand attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective stress and time management skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
  • Bachelors degree inHumanResources Business AdministrationPsychologyor related field.
  • Relative certifications (SHRM-CPetc.) isa plus
