Job Summary
Main Responsibilities
- Support on the operational tasks for LATAM HR Coverage on both cyclical and ad-hoc HR processes.
- Project manage planned and ad-hoc activities with HR Business Partner team across the region.
- Conduct monthly regulatory and internal reports.
- Support on and off boarding processes.
- Ongoing review of human resources procedures.
- Management of internal recruitment and personnel management systems (Workday Taleo etc.).
- Support on coordination of events across the region.
- Support on Learning & Development initiatives.
- Support on D&I and Wellness activities.
Skills
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- Education level: 5-7th semester Bachelors degree
- Must be a team player who enjoys a high volume fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while dealing with a high volume of workflow
- Microsoft Office Programs - Power BI is a plus.
