Account Manager México (B2B)

Were looking for a results-driven Account Manager focused on the Mexican market with strong relationship management skills a strategic mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.


What Youll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within the Mexican market (mid-sized and enterprise companies).

  • Build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders (HR L&D leadership and C-suite).

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value.

  • Lead strategic business reviews focused on performance impact and ROI.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning solutions to business goals.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction retention and engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Marketing and Sales teams to drive account growth.

  • Support contract renewals and negotiate agreements.

  • Represent goFLUENT in client meetings events and networking opportunities in Mexico.

  • Travel within Mexico as needed to strengthen client relationships.


What Youll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management B2B sales.

  • Proven experience managing and growing client accounts (retention expansion).

  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels including senior leadership.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinking with a strong customer-centric approach.

  • Experience working with CRM tools and LinkedIn is a plus.

  • Self-motivated proactive and results-driven mindset.

  • Minimum B2 level of English.

  • Fluency in Spanish (required for the Mexican market).

  • Experience in SaaS e-learning HR tech or services is a plus.
