About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Brisbane team based in Spring Hill. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team delivering essential maintenance services to a variety of contracts and industries.
In this roleyou will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle ensuring that terms conditions and obligations are clearly defined and adhered to by all parties. The role involves preparing and reviewing contract documentation coordinating with internal teams and external contractors and monitoring performance compliance and variations.
Nature of position: Full-Time
Location: Brisbane
Reporting line: General Manager
Key Responsibilities
Draft review and finalize contracts ensuring terms conditions and specifications align with legal and organizational requirements.
Monitor contracts to ensure all parties comply with agreed terms deliverables timelines and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate contract records including amendments correspondence variations and approvals.
Assist in negotiating contract terms pricing scope changes and risk allocation with clients suppliers or subcontractors.
Manage contract variations change orders and amendments ensuring they are documented approved and reflected in the contract.
Liaise with project managers legal teams procurement finance departments and external contractors to ensure smooth contract administration.
Identify contractual risks disputes or non-compliance issues and escalate or resolve them appropriately.
Track contractor performance and milestones to support payment approvals invoicing and financial reporting
About You
To excel in this position you will be an experienced Contract Administration professional preferably within facilities or construction with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ideally you will also possess:
