The role:

Due to a retirement and on-going growth Enable are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (12-month fixed-term). Youll oversee a portfolio of assigned customers Retail Service Providers (RSPs) acting as their primary point of contact post-sale. Youll lead the coordination of service delivery working cross-functionally with Operational and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong stakeholder management project management expertise critical thinking and the ability to balance customer experience with commercial outcomes.


What were looking for:

  • Previous depth of experience in Account Management Business Development or Project Management across telco or other relevant fields
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic stakeholder relationships influencing collaboration to achieve shared goals
  • Strong project management skills with experience delivering large-scale deployments
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills able to tackle complex challenges
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of supporting business growth and operational efficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills able to engage confidently at all levels and facilitate robust conversations when needed
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset where youll thrive in fast-paced and changing environments
  • An outcome-oriented approach focusing on delivering results for both customers and the business
  • Skilled at prioritising tasks managing time efficiently and maintaining strong attention to detail
