Factory Planning Manager Fixed Term

Job Summary
We are seeking a Factory Planning Manager to join our Auckland manufacturing team on a 68 month fixedterm contract. This role suits an experienced planner or senior planning specialist who is ready to step into a leadership role and take ownership of planning and inventory activities for a defined period.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading weekly planning meetings with Supply Chain Planning and Production to deliver clear executable factory production plans.
- Managing raw material replenishment and site inventory including cycle counts SLOB management stock reconciliation and endofyear stocktake.
- Leading the planning and warehouse teams to ensure safe compliant operations aligned with the requirements.
- Building and managing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful delivery of operational plans.
- Identifying and resolving planning and supply exceptions including capacity constraints COGI errors and inventory variances.
- Supporting phasein/phaseout activities and New Product Development (NPD) to ensure smooth product introductions
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Experience in leading/mentoring a team;
- Highly analytical and accurate
- 3-5 years Factory or Supply Chain planning experience
- Experienced with SAP APO and have strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills and capable of influencing others;
- Eager to take ownership have initiative and results driven
- FMCG experience
