Compliance Manager
Job Summary
- Implement develop and support management systems such as ISMS and QMS
- Research implement and support privacy requirements (GDPR or other)
- Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements
- Lead audits to identify risks non-compliance and improvement opportunities
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risks and conduct regular risk assessments
- Develop and manage compliance training programs for employees
- Investigate and resolve complex compliance requests and complaints
- Implement automation for compliance processes
Qualifications :
- IT background or experience in the IT industry
- 35 years of experience in compliance or related roles
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 27000 ISO 9001 and EU GDPR
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Experience in passing external certifications
- Proficiency in standard office software especially Excel
- Strong document management skills
- Accurate record-keeping abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced analytical and research skills
- Experience in employee training
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with NestJS and/or Turborepo
- Familiarity with monorepo environments (pnpm or similar)
- AWS expertise
