Howyoullmake an impact:

The Retail Growth Initiatives Analyst supports the execution of key initiatives across our retail stores. This role collaborates with various departments and works with key partners to develop project plans timelines and policies. The ideal candidates are organized analytical detail-oriented and curious.

This role reportstotheSr.Manager ofRetail Growth Initiativesand is based in our Atlanta office.

40%:Reporting& Insights

  • Act as a main point of contact and delivery support for prioritized retail initiatives (i.e. BI Roadmap)

  • Recurring and ad hoc reporting to ensure operational excellence and compliance; summarize and communicate findingsinsightsand reporting to leadership

  • Support continuous optimization of Omni RFID and various initiative processes across all business units

  • Support troubleshooting store issues that arise including but not limited to omnichannel logic app / back-end technology tag/chip issues process concerns discrepancies with inventory control etc.

  • Proactively communicate possible business/operational risks as well as potential solutions to leadership

40%:Store Operations

  • Redefine the future of store policy and procedure user guidesetc. for all North American stores

  • Work closely with store and field leadership to develop and execute efficient store operating procedures create a more meaningful store and customer experience and gain feedback

  • Partner with Store Communications Human Resources Asset Protection or any other stakeholders for updates to policy and in-store procedure

20%:Retail Initiatives& Enhancements

  • Ownspecificaspectsofapproved Retail Store initiatives(i.e. In-Store Gifting Curbside Pickup)

  • Identifyareas of opportunity for continued customer and associate experienceenhancementsleveragingrelevant data points (i.e. OSAT benchmarking exercises field feedback etc.)

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership providing updates on progress risks key decisions and aligning initiatives across business partners and vendors

Must have:

  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in situations with ambiguity

  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn

  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Analytical with the ability to evaluate business needswhen considering project implementation

  • Highly proficient in developing strong relationships with all levels ofbusiness

  • 1-2 years experience in retail strategy managementconsultingor a related field

  • Experience in MS Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal written and presentation skills

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business FinanceEconomicsor a related field

  • Familiarity withproject managementtools and experience creatingproject plans and managingproject activity to the defined plan

  • Experience inassistingincomplex large-scale cross-functional initiatives
