Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format) Business Analyst
- Gather and analyze underlying business needs and product/project requirements through stakeholder conversations.
- Organize specify and model requirements to ensure clarity completeness and lack of ambiguity.
- Document requirements by creating acceptance criteria user stories or functional specifications documentation (FSD) for stakeholder sharing.
- Ensure requirements align with actual business needs obtain stakeholder approval and meet quality standards including test case and test approach signoff.
- Drive resolution of conflicts related to requirements.
- Manage the maintenance and execution of all UPC additions deletions and price changes ensuring accurate input into Ahold systems for store launches.
- Apply appropriate attributes during UPC/sku management processes.
- Run regular file matches between system data and the Hallmark Master UPC list; address any discrepancies.
- Manage item maintenance and uploads for all promotions.
- Execute UPC/sku setup for post-season markdowns.
- Work independently in complex situations applying appropriate business analysis techniques as needed.
- Maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills demonstrate leadership ownership urgency and strong organizational abilities.
- Utilize key Ahold systems both in-house and remotely to complete tasks.
- Provide and maintain access to a PC for both office and remote work.
- Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 5 years of relevant business analyst experience.
