Job Summary

Extract clean and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
Perform advanced data analysis using Python (e.g. Pandas NumPy SciPy).
Build automated data workflows for advanced data manipulation statistical analysis and reporting systems using Python-based automation.
Build automated data pipelines to eliminate manual data handling and ensure real-time insight delivery.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Looker Studio to support business stakeholders.
Utilize Python-based visualization libraries (Matplotlib Seaborn Plotly) for deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to deliver insights that drive business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering Finance Marketing) to define data requirements.
Design automated data validation and sanity check frameworks to ensure 100% data integrity before it reaches the BI layer.
Optimize existing SQL-based workflows by implementing Python-based ETL/ELT logic where traditional tools fall short.
Ensure data quality integrity and governance across all analytics processes.
Communicate findings clearly through storytelling visualization and presentations to senior stakeholders.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries optimization data modeling)
Advanced proficiency in Python for data analytics and automation
Experience with automated ETL pipelines
Experience building dashboards using Looker Studio (or similar BI tools)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Exposure to data governance and security best practices
Data storytelling and visualization
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Business acumen and strategic thinking
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
Work Type: Hybrid (4 days onsite & 1 day remote)
