Design Engineer Electrical

As an Electrical Designer you will be responsible for the electrical design of tissue machines including development of electrical schematics component selection system dimensioning and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with mechanical automation and project teams to ensure that the electrical systems are fully integrated into the overall machine solution.

The role also includes supporting manufacturing installation and commissioning including occasional travel to customer sites ensuring that the electrical design performs as intended in the final installation.

• You design electrical systems according to sales specifications internal guidelines and product requirements ensuring highquality safe and compliant engineering.
• You prepare technical documentation for manufacturing customer delivery installation safety testing and manuals and work closely with multiple disciplines to deliver accurate and complete project materials.
• You provide technical support during purchasing and perform equipment testing both in the workshop and at customer sites giving you the opportunity to follow your designs into realworld operation.
• You participate in R&D activities contributing to new technologies and improved engineering solutions as part of our continuous improvement efforts.
• You ensure that all designs meet required safety classifications including machine safety and you manage budget and timelines within your assigned projects.

• You have a technical education within electrical engineering or a related field and a strong interest in electrical and automation technologies.
• You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English spoken and written.
• You hold a Bdrivers license as customer visits and travel are part of the role.
• You have experience in electrical engineering CAD design and industrial project work
• Certified machine safety expertise is considered an advantage

You will join a team of 15 engineers where your focus will be on the Electrical discipline in the same team Software engineers are also included. The department is 35 engineers divided into the disciplines Electrical Software Hydraulic Grease and Lubrication Pneumatic and Piping. We work with everything that makes our Tissue machines functions move in a controlled manner. You will be the part that brings all hardware disciplines together into a project.
