About the Role

Our Plasma Technology division is growing and were looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Sweden.

In this dynamic field-based role youll play a vital part in ensuring our advanced systems perform flawlessly at customer sites across Swedenand occasionally across the Nordic region. If you enjoy problem-solving travelling and working with world-class technology this is the role for you.

What Youll Be Doing

As a trusted expert and key customer contact you will:

  • Install maintain and upgrade advanced plasma processing systems and software
  • Support customers directly on-site ensuring maximum equipment uptime and performance
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Provide clear detailed service reports after each visit
  • Support the technical helpdesk when needed
  • Track and report system performance and issues through internal systems
  • Manage expenses and ensure accurate documentation
What Were Looking For

Youll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A qualification in Electrical Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering (HNC or higher)
  • Proven field service experience
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries (highly desirable)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Strong PC/PLC skills (preferred)
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • A full driving licence
  • A proactive independent mindset with excellent communication skills
  • The flexibility to travel extensively
