Position Description Summary:

Support whole HR Connect team to complete some basice daily operation job.

Position Description :

1. Cooperate with payroll team to support time management process such as employees leave record delete/ change via internal ticket system.

2. Be responsible for updating & maintaining payroll data to complete monthly payroll process and support data analysis according to Business request.

3. Provide response to all kinds of HR related question from employees by internal ticket system or email enquire.

4. Assist with Employee Life Cycle team to manage the P- file documents support to complete the related project.

5. Support Compensation and Benefit team to complete some daily routine process such as some logistical activity or employee communication session preparation for YOS caring allowance and Covestment. etc

6. Support Mobility team to collect related invoice and the daily expatriate employee invoice inquiry.

Qualifications and requirements:

1. Bachelors or Masters students.

2. Proficient in MS Office(i.e. excel word ppt.) Good capability in English.

3. Good communication skills and learning abilities.

4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

5. Can work 6 months plus 4 days per week.
