Quality Team Lead

Job Description

What you will do:

Lead and manage a functional testing team including daily work arrangement performance evaluation and professional development

Take overall charge of the functional testing process including test planning case design execution management risk control and quality acceptance

Optimize functional testing standards specifications workflows and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage

Participate in project requirement review and design review identify risks in advance and put forward testing suggestions

Track project progress and milestones coordinate with development product art and other teams to ensure on-time delivery of testing tasks

Be responsible for bug management and closure control supervise the reproduction verification regression and closing of key and critical bugs

Organize testing summary and experience sharing precipitate testing methods and best practices

Report testing status quality indicators and risks to senior management regularly

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote product quality improvement and process optimization

协同跨部门团队推动产品质量提升与流程优化

Qualifications :

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or above major in computer science software engineering or related fields

5 years of game functional testing experience 2 year of team leadership experience

Profound understanding of game testing process test case design methods and quality management system

Rich experience in bug analysis positioning tracking and promoting closure

Familiar with game development cycle milestone management and project collaboration mode

Excellent leadership communication coordination and problem-solving skills

Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese able to communicate and write documents efficiently

Proficient in MS Office and common testing / project management tools

Passion for games detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility

5 年及以上游戏功能测试经验2 年及以上团队管理经验

深刻理解游戏测试流程测试用例设计方法与质量管理体系

具备丰富的缺陷分析定位跟踪与推动闭环经验

熟悉游戏开发周期里程碑管理与项目协作模式

优秀的团队管理沟通协调与问题解决能力

良好的中英文读写与沟通能力可高效沟通与撰写文档

熟练使用 Office 及常用测试 / 项目管理工具

热爱游戏行业注重细节责任心强

Experience leading functional testing for PC console (Xbox PlayStation) or multi-platform games

Familiar with network testing performance testing or common debugging tools

Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) and basic test automation concepts

Experience in establishing testing processes building testing systems or training teams

Experience in large-scale game projects or well-known game companies
