Job Summary

As a member of the global Functional Test Team you will participate in manual and automated system testing and AI Agent development for network products. And you are expected

Internship Duration
- The internship can start immediately upon successful interview
- Work 35 days per week
- The internship period is6 months or longer
Responsibilities
- Performmanual system testingonOLT network devices including test execution result analysis and defect reproduction
- Develop and maintainautomated test cases using Robot Frameworkto improve test coverage and efficiency
- Create and enhance tools that enable the automation test framework to run onBamboo and JIRA and continuously improve test efficiency
- MaintainContinuous Integration (CI)andSmoke TestingforEXOS ONT products
- Develop automation scripts to improve the automation rate of software features
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers toset up test beds execute test cases and understand system-level test design
- Track document and follow up ondefects and ticketsdiscovered during testing
- Explore and participate innew testing technologies and methods including intelligent and AI-assisted testing initiatives
Qualification
- Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree graduating in2027 or 2028
- Available for an internship lasting6 months or longer
- Major inComputer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- Basic knowledge oftelecommunication protocolssuch as TCP/IP
- Good knowledge ofLinux
- Strong interest insoftware testingand a clear willingness to learn new technologies
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualification
- Experience withPython Java data structures or test automation frameworks (e.g. Robot Framework)
- Interest or hands-on experience inAI Agent development such as:
- Using AI/LLM-based tools to assist testing or automation
- Scripting or prototyping intelligent test agents
- Basic understanding of machine learning or AI-driven workflows (experience not required interest preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated persistent fast learner and a strong team player with innovative ideas
- Able to learn quickly with minimal mentoring
Allowance
- 200-280 RMB per day adjusted based on the internship stage and performance.
