Responsibilities
Role Summary
The Distribution Centre Coordinator supports logistics operations by analyzing performance data maintaining reporting tools and collaborating with distribution centres and internal teams. This role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency supporting financial analysis and providing insights that help guide business decisions.
- Maintain and provide reporting to various business units on Distribution Centre performance.
- Gather and interpret data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement within the organization.
- Help to develop new reporting and update existing reporting as required.
- Work with and help to create new reporting tools to support the business example labour management tool.
- Prepare P&L explanations and summary reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with distribution centre teams finance and accounting to investigate discrepancies and provide operational insights.
- Aid with financial investigations with the various distribution centres
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Power Query preferred)
- Experience with SQL or database querying
- Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Team Player
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
