About the role
The Learning Enrichment Coordinator provides strategicleadership and direction for students requiring personalised learning supportincluding students with disabilities learning difficulties and gifted andtalented learners.
The role oversees the development implementation andreview of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) coordinates funding and complianceprocesses (including NCCD) and leads a cohesive Learning Enrichment Team toensure a whole-school approach to inclusive education.
Reporting to the Head of Learning this position worksclosely with Heads of School Assistant Heads of Years teachers wellbeing stafffamilies and external professionals.
