The Opportunity

Learning and Organisational Development Partner Melbourne

Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract to March 2027.

Toll group is seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Partner to be based in our Head Office in Melbourne. The Organisation Development & Learning Partner supports the planning coordination and delivery of organisation development and leadership initiatives across the organisation. The role focuses on enabling leadership capability development supporting talent management processes and ensuring effective execution of OD programmes through strong stakeholder coordination vendor management and programme administration.

This role plays a key part in supporting large-scale leadership development initiatives and contributes to building organisational capability through structured learning and development interventions.

Role Scope & Impact -

  • Supports delivery of organisation-wide leadership development initiatives

  • Works across multiple stakeholders functions and geographies

  • Contributes to leadership capability building and talent development priorities

  • Provides operational and coordination support for OD programmes of varying scale

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Exposure to project coordination stakeholder engagement or programme management is advantageous.

  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and assessment tools is a plus.

  • Prior experience in organizational development talent development and/or human resources business partnering.

  • Analytical skills and ability to translate metrics insights research and trends into business presentations for executive decision-making
