The Role
Asthe AccountCoordinatoryouwillserve asthesecondarypointofcontactand occasionally the primaryforcorporate groupsteamsand clients managing all aspects of their hotelaccommodationsfrom start to finish. Youwillassistthe Account Manager withsourcingand negotiatinghotel contracts that align with client needs and budgets present tailored recommendations and oversee every detail of the rooming list process to ensure accuracy anda seamlessguestexperience. Partneringcloselywithhotelsandvendorsyoullconfirmreservationsspecialrequests and billing arrangements and manage on-site or remote execution as needed.
EssentialJobDuties&Functions
- Serveasthesecondarypointofcontactforassignedcorporategroupsteamsandclientsregardinghotelaccommodations may serve as the primary on select occasions
- Assistwith sourcingevaluatingandnegotiatinghotelcontractstomeetclientrequirementsandbudget guidelines

- Manageallroominglistdetailsincludingcollectionauditingandupdatesthroughouttheplanningprocess

- Overseeon-siteorremoteroominglistexecutionasneededensuringasmoothguest experience
- Conductpost eventreconciliationincludingreviewinginvoicesconfirmingaccuracyandresolvingdiscrepancies
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithhotelpartnerstomaximizevalueforbothclients

- Supportthe Account Manager in drivingbusinessdevelopment
BasicQualifications
- Bachelorsdegreeinarelatedfield;emphasisinsportsmanagementhospitalityorevent
planningpreferred
- 1-3yearsexperienceinaccountmanagement with the ability toestablishproductive professional relationships with both current and prospective clients
- Customer service experience recommended
- Hotel knowledge is a plus deep knowledge of hotel brand portfolios service levels and quality expectations across the hospitality industry
- ProficientwithGoogleapplicationsMSOfficesuiteandeventmanagementprogramsandCRM software such as ARN ZOHO and Salesforce
- Abilitytomaketimelyandsounddecisionsaffectingclientattendeeorhotelexperience
