This role focuses on validating quality scores and providing coaching and support to contact centre advisors and recommending practical changes to make operations more efficient.
What youll be doingReporting to the Customer Experience Manager within the Customer Operations Team this role sits at the heart of Partner performance and service quality. Youll act as a key link between our internal standards and Partner operations helping to elevate customer experience through insight coaching and collaboration.
Key responsibilities- Listen to and evaluate Partner calls using the quality scorecard to ensure service standards are met.
- Lead call calibration sessions with Partners sharing best practice and driving consistency.
- Deliver structured feedback coaching and training to improve performance across Partner teams.
- Review quality data create performance reports and identify patterns errors or opportunities to improve processes.
- Provide operational and administrative support to Partners where required.
What youll need to have (our must-haves)We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can spot gaps or trends in performance data. You should also be motivated to suggest and support practical improvements to processes and ways of working.
- You have experience working with third parties partners or outsourced teams
- You have a background in a customer service role
- You can share feedback and information clearly with Team Managers and other stakeholders
It would be great if you also have- Experience creating reports and presenting information in a simple easy-to-understand way
