SUMMARY OVERVIEW

The Cleaning Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching cleaning personnel to aircraft cleaning assignments. This role involves efficiently scheduling and prioritizing cleaning tasks ensuring compliance with aviation cleanliness and safety standards and communicating with cleaning staff and airline representatives. You will play an important role in managing cleaning operations to meet tight turnaround times between flights and maintain a high level of cleanliness within aircraft cabins. Additionally you may assist in resolving operational challenges and provide support to cleaning teams to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and dispatch cleaning crews to various locations within the airportâ
• Manage and monitor the cleaning schedule ensuring timely completion of tasksâ
• Communicate effectively with cleaning teams to relay instructions and updatesâ
• Respond to cleaning requests and emergencies from airport staffââ
• Keep track of crew locations and progress using relevant software systemsâ
• Prioritize cleaning tasks based on urgency and importanceâ
• Ensure all cleaning operations adhere to airport safety and security regulationsâ
• Collaborate with other airport departments for coordinated cleaning effortsâ
• Maintain a log of cleaning activities and incidents for record-keepingâ
• Provide support and information to cleaning staff regarding airport layout and restricted areasâ
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cleaning schedules and crew deploymentsâ
• Monitor and report on supply usage recommending reorder when necessaryâ
• Assist in training new dispatch staff on procedures and systemsâ
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on cleaning operations for management reviewâ
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cleaning services and dispatch proceduresâ
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Communicate effectively in English (reading writing speaking)
• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of cleaning experience
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets Computers and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic means
• Eligible to pass a background check and obtain and maintain a RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card)
• Airlines are 24/7 so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
