Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Dispatcher in Montreal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating drivers managing schedules and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily routes
Communicate with drivers regarding schedules delays and updates
Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time performance
Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch logs
Resolve delivery and routing issues in a timely manner

Requirements

Fluent in French (mandatory)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office email dispatch systems)
Previous dispatch or logistics experience is an asset
