Key Responsibilities

Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily routes
Communicate with drivers regarding schedules delays and updates
Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time performance
Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch logs
Resolve delivery and routing issues in a timely manner

Requirements

Fluent in French (mandatory)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office email dispatch systems)
Previous dispatch or logistics experience is an asset
