About the role:
In this role you will report to the Branch Manager and be their eyes and ears on the shop floor. You will help to introduce new initiatives into the branch and be a key point of contact for both customers and team addition to this you will uphold customer servicestandards daily andassistthem in finding the bestproduct to meet their needs. Specific duties include:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager to drive sales and improvestoreperformance
  • Motivating and organisingstaff daily to createa great teamculture
  • Providingexceptional customer service andaccurateadvice to our customers
  • Processingretailand trade sales
  • Buildingstrong relationships with key customers and team members alike
  • Maintaining a highstandard of branch presentation
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to aculture of safetyby puttingsafety first ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home.

Note this role will require lifting bending & climbing

Whowerelooking for:

  • Previousexperience in a supervision or leadership role
  • 2 years experience working inretailor a related trade position
  • Knowledge or understanding of automotive products (or willingness to learn!)
  • Effective communicationstyle at all levels
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail.
