As our company continues to grow we are expanding our team and looking for talented individuals who can help support and strengthen our operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and develop our HR strategies systems and team management processes. This role will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecyclefrom recruitment and onboarding to performance management and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring
    • Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Oversee job postings candidate screening interviews and hiring decisions
    • Manage relationships with hiring platforms such as Upwork and other recruiting channels
    • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees
  • Employee Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations
    • Address employee concerns conflicts and HR-related inquiries
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Performance Management
    • Implement performance review systems and evaluation processes
    • Monitor employee productivity and performance metrics
    • Work with leadership to improve team performance and accountability
  • Policies & Compliance
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards
    • Manage HR documentation contracts and employee agreements
  • Training & Development
    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
    • Support team leaders in building stronger more effective teams
    • Culture & Organizational Development
    • Help build a positive and productive company culture
    • Improve communication and collaboration across departments

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or HR management
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices recruitment and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with remote teams is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR software or employee management systems
  • Experience hiring for eCommerce marketing or technical roles
  • Ability to build scalable HR systems for a growing company
