As a Project Manager with our Development & Fundraising capability you will coordinate and manage projects related to donor cultivation solicitation and stewardship. This role ensures that donor engagement strategies are organized timely and executed work will have a lasting impact on how our team operates and delivers value helping Stand Together achieve its mission through innovative fundraising strategies.

How You Will Contribute

Manage cross-functional projects that span donor communications creative analytics research and marketing and events ensuring all deliverables are completed on time within scope and aligned with strategic goals.
Develop and maintain systems to track fundraising activities donor strategies and next steps; ensure deadlines for donor communications proposals and stewardship activities are met.
Track donor engagement activities follow-ups and relationship milestonesthat support donor cultivation and solicitation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders by providing regular updates on project status milestones and barriers.
Support the adoption and improvement of project management processes tools and templates that enhance efficiency visibility and accountability.
Balance workload in a fast-paced creative environment while proactively addressing challenges to keep projects moving forward.

Track record of successfully delivering projects under tight deadlineswith accuracy.
Superior organizational communication and collaboration skills.
