Job Summary
LingaTech is building a pipeline of experienced GIS professionals to support current and future client initiatives across public sector utilities transportation and enterprise environments.
Opportunities may range from spatial analysis and mapping support to application development and enterprise GIS administration. Ideal candidates bring strong experience with the Esri platform and a solid understanding of spatial data management and geospatial technologies.
This is a pipeline posting. Qualified candidates will be considered for upcoming project-based and staff augmentation opportunities.

Potential Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary based on specific opportunities but may include:
Performing spatial analysis mapping and data visualization
Designing and developing GIS applications and tools
Supporting ArcGIS Online and/or ArcGIS Enterprise environments
Creating and maintaining web maps dashboards and feature services
Managing spatial databases and geodatabases
Integrating GIS services with enterprise systems via APIs
Supporting data governance quality assurance and documentation
- Collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders
Requirements
- 3 years of professional GIS experience
Experience with Esri ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Pro Online and/or Enterprise)
Strong understanding of spatial data concepts and coordinate systems
Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL SQL Server or similar)
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate into GIS solutions
Preferred Qualifications
(Not required for pipeline consideration)
- Experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript
Experience with Angular Java integrations
PostGIS experience
Experience with Azure or other cloud environments
Familiarity with Survey123 Field Maps Experience Builder or GeoEvent
Government or regulated industry experience
