Job Summary
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of a cutting-edge AI-powered digital testing and evaluation platform. The Senior Product Manager will drive the strategic direction and product roadmap ensuring the successful deployment and scaling of the solution for large-scale government and institutional use. The role requires deep experience in product management AI-native development and large-scale systems deployment with a focus on AI-driven innovation and rapid prototyping.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the vision and roadmap for the existing digital exam system aligning it with organizational goals and market demands.
AI Integration: Lead efforts to modernize the solution with AI capabilities leveraging tools like Cursor AntiGravity and similar platforms to enhance the products functionality.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering operations and design teams to iterate on product development ensure technical feasibility and oversee deployment.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with public-sector organizations educational institutions and test centers to ensure the platform meets their needs at scale.
Product Launch & Scaling: Manage the products new features lifecycle from ideation through to large-scale deployment ensuring seamless scaling and adaptability for diverse users.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights and analytics to measure product performance user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Lead rapid product experimentation incorporating feedback and making adjustments to drive continuous growth.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
5 years of product management experience with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS digital platforms.
Proven experience leading product development for large-scale systems in the public or private sector particularly in education or testing industries.
Deep understanding of AI-native product development including prototyping with Figma experimentation and rapid deployment.
Strong understanding of UX Laws and technical background to get them implemented with the ability to engage with engineering teams on complex technical issues.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI-driven development tools such as Cursor or AntiGravity.
Experience in managing complex products in government or public-sector environments.
Familiarity with secure cloud-based infrastructures testing platforms and large-scale data systems.
Experience with integrating biometric and face recognition technologies into product offerings.
Technical Competencies:
Excellent understanding of AI-based Product Development.
Cloud Platforms (AWS Azure etc.) and serverless architectures.
Data Analytics and Reporting Systems.
Familiarity with secure testing and verification systems (face recognition biometrics etc.).
Product Management Expectations:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to define the products long-term vision anticipate challenges and make data-informed decisions.
Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful products.
Customer-Centric Focus: Deep understanding of the needs of candidates administrators and test centers in large-scale environments.
Innovation: Strong focus on experimenting and incorporating AI to deliver differentiated product features.
Deployment Success: Timely and successful deployment of the solution across target public-sector organizations.
Scalability: Successful scaling of the platform to handle large volumes of users and testing environments.
Stakeholder Management Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the public sector educational institutions and test centers.
Communicate product progress milestones and insights to stakeholders ensuring alignment on expectations and timelines.
Manage expectations addressing any concerns or issues promptly and maintaining transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
