Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field is required.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in FMCG distribution retail sales or a similar field-based operations role.
  • Must have a valid driving licence and access to a personal bike.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with experience handling cash and making bank deposits.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain retail relationships.
  • Basic proficiency in using a smartphone for order coordination and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process purchase orders from retail partners across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
  • Coordinate timely order deliveries from the Islamabad warehouse to retail stores.
  • Liaise with delivery personnel to assign monitor and track order dispatches.
  • Personally handle deliveries when required to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Collect payments from retail partners as per agreed terms and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and deposit collected payments into company accounts promptly.
  • Monitor outstanding dues and report any discrepancies or delays to management.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate and improve product placement visibility and shelf presence.
  • Identify and onboard new retail stores to expand the distribution network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
  • Drive sales growth by improving product availability and sell-through across the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate online order processing including packing dispatch and delivery where required.
  • Ensure proper inventory handling and adherence to First-In First-Out (FIFO) practices.
