Job Summary
Supervise daily laundry operations (guest laundry staff uniforms and hotel linen).
Ensure timely processing and delivery of laundry requests (regular & express).
Monitor fabric care stain treatment and quality control standards.
Train and guide laundry staff on SOPs and safety procedures.
Manage inventory of linen chemicals and supplies.
Maintain equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when required.
Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and brand standards.
Prepare daily reports on laundry volume costs and performance.
Qualifications :
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
24 years of experience in hotel laundry operations.
Strong knowledge of fabric care chemicals and laundry machinery.
Leadership organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
