Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff Boarding Gate Executive. As a Boarding Gate Executive you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the boarding gate. Your main duties will include checking boarding passes assisting with luggage and directing passengers to their designated gates. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth boarding process and handling any customer inquiries or concerns. To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. We are looking for someone who is able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as our airport operates 24/7.
