Hunter Savage is partnering with a leading UK firm to appoint a Senior Associate Projects Development and Construction into its established London team.

This Senior Associate Projects Development and Construction role sits within a highly regarded specialist practice advising on complex regeneration infrastructure accommodation energy healthcare and hotel projects across the UK and internationally. The team is strategically important to the firm and offers genuine progression for an ambitious construction lawyer seeking long-term career development.

The firm operates a hybrid model (minimum 50% remote) with two core London office days.

Practice Focus

The successful Senior Associate Projects Development and Construction will focus on non-contentious construction matters including:

Drafting and negotiating JCT NEC EPC EPCM and FIDIC contracts
Advising on bespoke development and project documentation
Structuring procurement strategies and risk allocation
Supporting live projects with payment advice delay analysis and contractual interpretation
Managing large-scale due diligence exercises and complex development arrangements

Clients include developers investors funders contractors and public bodies across major real estate and infrastructure schemes.

Candidate Profile

6 years PQE in non-contentious construction law
Strong experience of standard form and bespoke construction contracts
Exposure to development investor or accommodation sector work advantageous
Experience supervising junior lawyers and managing matters independently
Commercial organised and collaborative approach
