The Senior Manager Account Development leads the Account Development function for the LowerEnterprise segment ($1b-$5b) driving new business expansion and customer adoption. This roleblends people leadership with strategic and operational partnership serving as a key advisor andexecution partner to the Global Lead and extended leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Development Leadership & Growth
Lead and develop a team of Account Development Representatives focused on identifyingengaging and qualifying new business and upsell opportunities.
Drive increased adoption and expansion within existing customers through acustomer-obsessed approach including insights analysis proactive outreach and customerengagement initiatives.
Partner with Sales Marketing and Customer Success to ensure strong pipeline creation andcustomer outcomes.
Identify opportunities in the ʻunassignedʼ accounts by leveraging ICP insights through toolsknowledge and intent.
Strategic & Operational Partnership
Act as an operations partner to the Global Lead and Lower Enterprise leadership team.
Help define and evolve strategy identifying opportunities to pivot based on business insights.
Advise on key initiatives and ensure alignment across functions to meet team and businessobjectives.
Manage sales programs in coordination with Business Solutions Product and Marketing.
Qualifications:
Passion for People Management
Experience having sold Dataiku or similar platform.
Strong strategic operational and cross-functional leadership skills.
Customer-first mindset with a track record of driving growth and adoption.
