Structured Finance CLO Associate London
Opportunity Summary
Hunter Savage a specialist legal recruitment consultancy led by Managing Director Ronan Savage is partnering with a Magic Circle or top-tier international law firm to appoint a Structured Finance CLO Associate in London.
This Structured Finance CLO Associate role sits within a highly regarded structured finance team advising on complex European and cross-border transactions with a particular emphasis on Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs). The successful Structured Finance CLO Associate will work closely with leading CLO managers arrangers and financial institutions on market-leading matters.
Practice Focus
- Advising on CLO issuances resets refinancings and warehouse financings
- Drafting and negotiating structured finance documentation including indentures loan agreements and offering documents
- Advising on securitisation structures and structured credit transactions
- EU and UK risk retention and regulatory compliance
- Cross-border collaboration with international teams and stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Strong experience in structured finance securitisation or a CLO-focused practice
- Demonstrable involvement in CLO transactions from inception to closing
- Technically strong commercially aware and confident in client-facing environments
- Experience gained at a Magic Circle leading UK or top US firm preferred
